Cancellation / Transfer Policy
- From registration date to May 31, 2025, paid delegates may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to manager@addconsortium.org. Cancellations are considered complete once you receive an official reply from ADDC with confirming details. After May 31, 2025, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or no-shows. We regret that we cannot refund any fees after the deadline, as we must submit complete commitments for our meeting vendors.
- To transfer your registration to another individual, email your request and include the name of the person attending in your place, their email address and cc them on your request. Transfers are considered complete once you receive an official reply from ADDC with confirming details.
